2015 YZ 250F

We built this bike in 24 hours! Ron Lawson from Dirt Bike Magazine was generous enough to loan us this test bike on Wednesday night before the 2015 Primm Big 6 race! When we recieved it, the bike was completely stock and in need of some serious work. Thursday was a bit of a run around getting much needed parts. We picked up a new clutch from the guys over at Hinson. Seat Concepts installed a Super Grip seat cover, and ZLT was able to print backrounds for us in no time. The suspension was taken to TBT Racing, and the bike was taken to IMS for instalation of the 2.9 gallon oversized IMS tank and IMS footpegs. The motor oil was changed, the DP break pads, and the Hinson Clutch basket were installed. We continued to finish putting the bike back together until late thursday night.  Once we arrived in Primm, GPR Stabilizers installed the GPR Pro Kit and top clamp. Here is the end result! By the way Troy went on to win his race in the WCGP 250 Intermidiate class. Big thanks to Dirt Bike Magazine, IMS, GPR Stabilizers, Seat Concepts, TBT Racing, Hinson, ZLT, MTA, Ron Lawson, and Gary Jones for helping us put this project together!

We at BDRP are very proud of this build! This is a 2015 Yamaha WR 250F that we had a lot of fun with. We recievd it as a test bike from Dirtbike Magazine and were asked to test and build the ultimate off-road bike. Right from the get go we loved the WR so much that we built it and prepped it twice for two different races! First, we stripped it down, and then began doing some motor work. Next, we installed a power commander on it and changed the mapping in order to maximize performance. We also equipped it with an FMF exhaust, Warp 9 wheels, Pro Taper bars/levers/grips, a Baja Designs XL Squadrant, Torc 1 Racing shifter/brake pedal, TBT suspension, a Seat Concepts seat, UFO Plastics, an Earth X Lithium Ion battery, a GPR stabilizer and top clamp, a P3 Carbon skid plate and pipe gaurd, IMS Products tank and footpegs, RK chain, Dunlop tires, and a custom ZLT graphics kit. After long hours were spent building this bike and making it look good, it was put to the test at the 2015 Vegas to Reno and the John Burr Cyles 24 Hour. We would like to thank all the sponsors that contributed to

this build and have continuously helped us over the years! Also, thank you

to Mark Tilley at Dirtbike Magazine for giving BDRP the opportunity to be a

part of this awesome build. Please go check out the article on this bike in

the November 2015 issue of Dirtbike!

2015 SCORE Baja 1000 race bike

This is a 2009 Honda 450X that was raced by team rider Troy Vanscourt and his Monkey Business Racing teammates at the 2015 Baja 1000. The motor and suppension was built by our good friends over at Precision Concepts. After they finished the motor and suspension services, we recieved the bike and put in several hours of hard work. This bike feautures a WR 450 front number plate with the Baja Designs XL Squadrant. Also, our friends at IMS Products set us up with a four gallon fuel tank and a set of their brand new Rally foot pegs, which the team absolutely loved. With the help of ZLT we designed these awesome custom graphis that set the bike apart from the rest of the compeditors! Most importanly the bike got a new set of Dunlop tires which made it through the entire race without a tire change.
